Excellent hospitality, spotlessly clean and bright apartment. Convenient location near city center, restaurants, and supermarkets. Beautiful terrace for outdoor dining. Friendly and accommodating host.

Wery good location. Near to good local restaurants. This apartment-complex has a big terrace where you can spend time with your friends etc.

Only one keys for two couples.

There are many things that make this apartment special. It is well furnished with new furniture, a romantic bedroom with a nice balcony off the bed room. It has a large open/garden area that has a grill, nice furniture to relax in. It is two minutes walk to the old town and all the activity that it has to offer. If one does not want to cook there are many great restaurants in the area that serve excellent fresh fish. Over all it was a very pleasant stay and I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Split.

If you are driving parking is a real problem

The apartment is spacious and located in old city but away from busiest area. 15 minute walk from train, bus and ferry with some uphill but no stairs to manouver baggage up. Apartment is in quaint old stone building with nice patio. Has charm but modern amenities. (TV, wifi, airconditioning etc.

Our booking was made same day as arrival and was not received by owner. Apartment not well marked and was not ready due to above. A very disrespectful and noisy group stayed in adjacent apartment and kept us awake. Noise from upstairs drain was loud as pipe ran though our apartment. WIthout group in the apartment first night , it was very peaceful .

Conveniently located in the old town 15 minute to railway/bus and ferries, 10 minutes from promenade, shops, restaurants and tourist sites. Apartment is spacious, comfortable and has all basic amenities. Owners are friendly and speak basic english. There is a nice patio and it is reasonably quiet although you can at times hear some noises from apartment above when it is occupied.

It is helpful to arrange time to meet the owner at the apartment before you arrive as they live up the street and are not located at apartment . Finding the apartment is a bit difficult as it is nestled down an alley and behind a locked gate. Access to the apartment is up hill and on narrow alleys/streets that are not particularly car friendly. Of course all of this also adds to the charm if you do not mind the walk.
